✔️ Proven experience managing operations in retail / HoReCa / F&B in Europe (preferably 10+ stores network)

✔️ Fluent English (C1+) — must-have
✔️ Age 30+ with strong leadership, maturity, and drive to build big
✔️ Track record of achieving break-even and scaling businesses
